Web 2.0 Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives

Welcome to the wiki for the workshop on "Web 2.0 Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives". The workshop will be held at the Millennium Galleries in Sheffield on 12 May 2008, from 10.00-16.00. Details of the event are available on the MLA Yorkshire and the UKOLN Web sites.

Participants at the workshop are invited to:

  • Register for WetPaint, which will enable you (and others) to see pages you have created and edited (although note that registration is optional).
  • Familiarise themselves with the Wiki using the Test page.
  • Introduce yourself to fellow participants, and describe what they hope to gain from the workshop and topics they would like to see covered.
  • Use the Feedback page to provide feedback on the events

Please note that this wiki is intended for use by the workshop participants only. Also note that as this is a public wiki, no guarantee can be made regarding the sustainability or integrity of the content.

I registered on this Wiki months ago when it was first created but can't remember by username/password. Have tried to re-register but can't as my email address is 'already taken' - how can I get my login details again? Alison Glew

I just posted something about myself, but cannot see it, and when I click reply to the two posts, I get the same message: 'something is wrong with the website'. But it could be something is wrong with me!
